The representative was very helpful in getting a service person out to my house on the day I called. The service person came to the appointment within the time quoted, and he was very polite. I was able to get my hot water back on by myself but thought it best to have someone who had more knowledge come out and check to make sure it was in good running order. The service person did just that and I was very happy with the service he provided.
