Our system will be 10 years old next year and we have been very happy that we purchased the extended contract with the furnace. We were not getting heat one cold Sunday night, we called and within 2 hrs. they were here and worked until 11:30 p.m. to restore heat. That was MOST desirable. You are a great organization!!
