I need our service call to take place in the summer months as there would not be any no heat calls from your other customers to delay your visit to my house. I don't know how our service call got pushed way up to December.

I have a hard time with a 4-hr. window making myself available for the serviceman, plus the time he is there. I need an appt. time that is around an hr. either way.
