We had conflicting opinions from the other companies as to what type of heating system we had. Jamie got on the phone and got us answers. He recommended the Navien Combi unit, which we didn't know about, and he did a very thorough energy audit. We liked the fact that he was knowledgable and there was no high pressure sales pitch.
