I was surprised to learn that my furnace had been running with a pretty clogged heat exchanger (Eric showed me a picture on his cell phone). Since I have had you clean and get my furnace ready for winter several times, it was not good news that no one had seen the problem before. It couldn't possibly have happened in one year. I would like to discuss this with someone in your office since the repairs will be quite costly. Thanks.
