Job review from Lin in Palmyra, NY 14522 on 10/20/14

The only real issue I have is the fact that I have 2 caps needed for my furnace which I've been told the parts would be ordered to replace them, it has never happened. The following year I was told the service person would bring the parts needed for replacement, which never happened; and THIS year, I telephoned ahead to make sure the replacement parts would be sent with the service person, and again, it was NOT DONE. Three years and still no replacement caps for my furnace, not the best of impressions for recommendations.
