The overall process from start to completion has been over a year along. The wrong size window was ordered, we had to have a follow up service call to redo the window installation. We've had the foam insulation touched up twice since the initial installation. All of the service people that came to our house were very pleasant. HALCO has worked to resolve all of our issues. Still waiting on one last piece to be completed. Entire process has taken way too long!

The outlet had gotten wet from the air-krete installation. When the service person arrived, the outlet had dried out and the reset for the GFI worked. Service person tested the outlet and explained what he was doing
