The women who answer the phone and schedule do an excellent job.

Now that the heat pump has been installed, there are many things that I wish had been done differently because there were things I didn't know about a heat pump. On the exterior, I would prefer that it be placed somewhere more out of my view. I wish a picture had been provided to me of what it would look like. I just assumed that it would look like the one at my neighbor's but that is not true. It is bigger and more conspicuous. It has more of a "footprint: because it's on a concrete pad. (I think the sales rep DID tell me that.) It has cut into my patio space both visually and space-wise. If I had known how conspicuous it would be, I would have asked that it be placed somewhere where I wouldn't look at it everyday. Also, it is blowing continuously on some outside plants. On the inside, I don't believe that I was told that the method of delivering heat is blowing. It is currently blowing right on the part of my house where plants are, and blowing air is not good for plants. When I asked if the bedroom split could be put in the hallway, I was told that it might get in my way as I walked down the hall. But in measuring it, I don't think that would be true. Now it will blow on me IN MY BED. I hadn't known that!! Both splits are a major change to my house and I wish it had been explained and emphasized so that I could have made a more informed decision. I will now have to rearrange a major aspect of my living room and there is no way to rearrange my bedroom. My home is very important to me and this is upsetting.

I had three total visits and all of them were excellent.
