Job review from Warren in Geneva, NY 14456 on 05/28/14

The only reason I did not give a 10 to the last question was that several years ago we had a Halco plumber come to repair both of our toilets. He charged us $500.00 to replace some of the internal parts, and when he was all through NEITHER TOILET WORKED--BOTH STILL LEAKED! I ended up fixing both of them myself with parts that cost less than $25.00. It was a total rip-off. More recent repairs we have had done by Halco Staff have been excellent, however, being fixed the first time at a fair price. I can only assume that the "plumber" we had several years ago was an unfortunate anomaly. But still I would warn my family and friends that one might get such a service man, so they should be aware and on the alert.
