I don't think this 10K dollar furnace was worth the money.My wife is upset and scared of this unit not heating our house if I'm out of town.I've had too many times of no hot water and having to wait for it to heat up.I was lead to believe it should not run out of hot water.I also don't believe your service reps have had enough training on this unit.However your service department did respond to my call very quickly and did get my heat back up to comfort for my family. Thank you !

The problem of the outside thermostat has happen before but this low boiler heating while my house drops 6 degrees doesn't make sense.Ed got my heat working again but there must be something more that needs attention.
