It wasn't his fault but the furnace had quit the night before and I had restarted it with the switch on the back of it. He could not tell me why it quit but he tried everything to try to figure it out. I thought the 2 stage was not working also but he showed me that it was skipping over the first stage and going directly to the second stage.
