Our Overall Service

No one is certain why my new Navien boiler takes so long to heat the house.

I spoke with the sales rep first and he called for service himself.

Our Service Person

The service person was on time,personable, and considerate of my schedule. He listened carefully to my questions and his responses were concise and informative.

Our Service Person's Diagnosis

After adjusting switches and the outside sensor, there was no change in the Navien's operation. The service person explained that this type of system produces graduated heat, which is different from how my old fuel-oil boiler operated. I didn't know this before having the system installed.

The service person seemed competent and thorough.

The Cleanup Process

Everything looked fine when he left.
