Phil M was very good! phoned ahead with ETA, very friendly, explained things well to me as he went Reassuring that my brand new boiler was not a big mistake!!!

showed me the clogged screen

went above and beyond to try to prevent recurrence - borrowed rake to move insulating debris away from foundation (broke rake and repaired it before leaving!!!) and used hose to wet it down near air intake in hopes of preventing same problem

very good == all workers through out have been diligent about covering shoes when in living parts of house, a detail I appreciate
