Our Overall Service
The company is good, especially that it has call representatives available 24/7 and the appointment scheduling is fast. However, the new blower the company ordered is the wrong one, and I have to stay in a cold place for 2 weeks waiting for the right one to come.
Call Representative
The call representatives are friendly but not quite helpful. For instance, when I called to check the status of my order of the new blower, they always replied that they don't know when would it come and have no time estimate, and that I should keep waiting until they call me..
