What made you choose our company:

We have been customers of Halco for many years. This large and expensive project had some issues. NOT JOHN or the other young men who did the installation. They were prompt, courteous, quick to communicate with us about issues, etc. It seems that your "communication' process between Project Manager and John left something to be desired as John came expecting concrete to have been poured and it had not been ... and there were other "surprpises" for him and his guys that meant a prolonged installation including having to move the the entire main panel to put in the generator computer. Our question now is ... will someone from Halco come and inspect the finished job ... It seems that would be appropriate after the several major SNAFUs. Waiting to hear from your office. Thank you.
