Truly worked with me to find earliest possible dates/times in all cases, even with inclement weather ongoing

Easy to talk with, listened to concerns, quickly diagnosed problem and fixed furnace in timely fashion

Turns out this same problem had happened 2 years ago, now put note so annual service person can be aware and check on this when they come (not typically included)

Took time not only to fix but went above to try and address bigger issue (removed what appears to be a recurring 'plug' and flushed area)
