The importance of excellent service is a critical part of today's world; especially when you consider the value of the home. Steve from HALCO was the definition of excellent service. He was patient with my questions and explained things in a language that I understood. He also did not pressure me to make decisions and allowed me to take time. He also was very honest of his assesment and was willing to make himself available to me if I needed something in the future. I don't think of calling HALCO, I think of calling Steve.
