I have a annual maintenance contract. Last serviced 8/2018 - no contact by Halco for service this year, had to call. As a result when service scheduled 10/2019 temp to cool to check A/C unit/operation; hence, a return visit needed in spring to check out A/C operation. Hoping I service with be automatically reschedule and I do not have to call for the service to be performed. If service had been scheduled a year from the last service appointment, a return visit would not be necessary -- very inefficient!!!
