Ron was very thorough in assessing the work done here and reviewing our remaining insulation needs

Sara has been very responsive and helpful.

Ron was really fantastic. He listened closely and offered great ideas for addressing the issues we're dealing with here. We felt a little frustrated with this insulation project, we had applied for the grant for this work about 10 months ago and heard nothing back even after a few prior inquiries. When I called back about the project in early Sept, it was like we were starting the process over, which we found frustrating. Then the crew here had an unexpected plumbing issue and stopped work. When we pressed them to finish what they could (things not effected by the leak) they did, and though I really liked the guys doing the work, my husband found some of the work incomplete and shoddily done. He thought the team was probably rushing to get things done. It was disappointing that the work was not completed thoroughly and well. When Ron came to assess and consider the work and the overall project, we felt we were in good hands. He gave us hope that the project would be well completed despite the issues along the way :)

Ron took time to think about our insulation needs, and took care to review work already done. really appreciate his thoughts about moving forward
