We were very pleased with the service we received from Chris Van Pelt on January 18, 2019. Chris was genuinely helpful and, especially, made a real effort to be sure we understood the issues involved in the repair work that had to be done. He gave us excellent advice which really proved to be necessary in the days ahead. First, he took time to teach us how to understand the messages conveyed by the number of blinks on the lights on our furnace when the furnace went off. As it turned out, this happened again a few days later and we knew just what to do. He also gave us excellent advice about repairing the water pipe leading to the humidifier attached to the furnace. Several weeks later, when we called a plumber to look at the pipe, we learned that Chris; insights were on target and in fact helped us avoid water damage we would have incurred had we moved ahead without a specialist.
