Was very knowledgeable with the dx system,we already have and was very optimistic, in replacing our ,non working system .

Yes,he did very good job at explaining what needed to be done and needed to be installed.

Yes,he was very polite ,considerate,answered any questions and concerns that we had.

That he was the first person knowledgeable and had understanding,of what we needed to have done and what needed to be done to provide us with a working system and to meet our needs .
