Call Representative
I got dropped off of the call list for having my furnace and AC cleaned and serviced at the l year from last service. I had to call and set up the appointment myself several months over due.

Very thorough and caught a problem that no other Halco service person ever caught in the 10 plus years of servicing the furnace!
Our Service Person's Diagnosis
Thankfully, the furnace is in great shape for its age and I should not have to worry about having to get a new one in the immediate future.
