Bret is a former business owner who knows the importance of customer satisfaction and always practices attention to detail. He documents everything and confirms our concerns and resolves all issues.
Bret resolved mildew issues with the AC previous Halco employees installed - he is the only one who has been able fix and maintain our AC and we truly appreciate his dedication to resolving all our issues.
Bret is always friendly and always takes our concerns into consideration and discusses options with how he would like to resolve an issue.
We have always been pleased with Bret and his honesty - that's why we only ask Halco to assign him for our servicing.
