The whole experience was really great. Halco is very easy to reach on the phone, and moves very quickly in an emergency. Everyone we interacted with gave top-notch customer service.

Everyone we spoke with on the phone was very helpful and empathized with our waterless situation, which was particularly hard given that we work from home and have two small kids.

Mike sold us on the new water pump. I trusted his opinion that the pumps Halco installs are high-quality and built to last, and I appreciated that he advised us to save money on this job and future jobs (which we will definitely need, given the age and state of our home's plumbing) by signing up for Halco's service plan.

Mike Ezzo did a wonderful job. He came and checked out the situation, recommended replacing the water pump, and then did the install only a few days later. The old pump was mounted on a rickety wooden table thing, and the new one is sitting much more securely on a cinderblock base. Mike came in on his day off to get it installed more quickly for us, and did the whole job incredibly quickly. He also tested the kitchen sink, flushing the water through to make sure our water would come in clean and ready to use.

Not only did he leave the area in the basement looking much better than it did when he got there, Mike actually used a rag to clean up the floor in our kitchen where he'd tracked a little water and dirt up from the basement! I was amazed at that conscientious attention to detail.
