Called at 7 A.M. to schedule appointment. Pressed wrong extension number. Was told that my call was going to be passed onto the correct people, and I would get a call back. I had to call back 30 minutes later to make sure I had an appointment. Scheduled appointment with no problem.
Was flexible in allowing a 30 minute call window.
Pete was friendly, thorough and did everything he could to find and resolve our heating problem.
Turned out to be a best-case scenario: as of now a temporary fix. Hoping no other issues arise.
Found potential problem and fixed it, and our heating unit now works normally.
Had to go inside and outside often, sometimes bringing in dirt and water into the house. Unavoidable I understand...but maybe always putting on new booties would be more beneficial. Annoying, however, to put the service person through that.
