Took a couple of days, but Tom Sands eventually made it to my home to look at my residential water heater.

Think I spoke with three call reps altogether. All picked up the call promptly, they were all fast, efficient and courteous. They did their best to get a technician to my home as quickly as possible. Your call reps are one of the strengths of your operation.

Tom is very friendly, seems knowledgeable and carefully walked me through why I should replace the water heater and what my options were. I liked Tom.

Tom told me he would not risk a repair on my unit because it could be dangerous to do so, and I respected his judgement and appreciated his honesty. Tom gave one estimate for an electric replacement unit. A second estimate for a gas unit was also provided. I believe this second estimate, at $2673, is high. I would like Halco to take another look at an estimate for a gas replacement hot water heater for my home and get back to me. There are much less expensive options on the market. Halco can do better than this, and I would be interested in doing business with with your firm if the price is competitive and a good quality unit is installed.
