Our Overall Service

impressed with tech response time and work into late evening to fix problem. Technician was eager to do the job that evening despite late hours. I was happy with that and he was very efficient and concerned I did not have water.

Call Representative

Very very prompt and helpful to arrange tech visit. I give high 5's to your call representatives always

Our Service Person

very quick on price quotes in this ER situation so it was hard to make quick decisions on what to do and final bill higher than expected/quoted once job done. Technician was upfront on most charges. Possibly once job started it ran up the cost since he had to go get supplies (wires) see next few survey questions

Obvious he knew his stuff, efficient diagnosis and once started the work I the technician showed me the evidence. Good job on that !

Our Service Work

I hope it was the best but I am not the technician. He did complete the job late eve. I am assuming he did best job possible but I cannot give a best rating because I just would not know . I do think HALCO prices are high end on such repairs and that is not the technician's fault. I am staying with HALCO as a service provider because of work guarantee and certified professionals. I am just saying this is so expensive!
