Jason Clark is probably the best field service technician in terms of knowledge, customer service, and demeanor which is saying something as all of your reps. are extremely customer oriented. I should note here that in prior service calls on my fireplace, the representatives did not really have the knowledge base to fix the problem (quickly sooting glass). After reading the manual and studying the fireplace, I finally realized it was simply turning the burner down to a much lower setting. None of the reps mentioned this. Now that i know what the problem is and can service the fireplace myself, I will discontinue this service. I will also discontinue the service on the generator as I can service this myself as well. I will call to also set up improving my insulation as suggested by your Halco rep. on a previous visit.
It is obvious that customer service is a priority at Halco.
