I was not that satisfied until the second service rep "Travis" arrived the next day. Travis was professional, polite & demonstrated outstanding understanding after just asking me a few questions. HALCO needs to retain Travis and find others like him!!! He represented your company very well!

"Travis"- the service rep that came on Sunday 11/20 was excellent!! It took him only 5 mins. to assess the problem and locate the gas leak!!! I will look to ask for Travis on any future service calls!!
