Our Overall Service

main board-bad Ask service girl on phone-to have tech bring a control board with him. Tech did not have a board with him. Could have had heat that night. Took tech 20 mins and agreed control board was bad. You had board in stock. Really could have been done with this call in an hour.

ok, Told them we need a need a control board, After T/S on my part. Oh, well tech should have board on there truck.

Our Service Person

Service tech was excellent, took less than 20 minutes to agree board was bad. I don't have that board on truck he said. tech said Have to check stock and call in morning. You had a spare in stock -- Really, pretty pricey for an hours work. $550 or so. Service manager- could have ask model no./serial no. of furnace and found board. So called my suppliers about control board $120.OO in stock. Really only complaint we have.

less in 20 minutes-- I don't blame him for not have control board on truck. You had it in stock. Work could have been within and hour w/control board. I would have had heat.

Our Service Work

replaced board -- furnace took of. About an hour later- tech came back. Pressure switch dropped out- recycled unit and took off. Tech did some exhaust reading etc. all is well !
