The service provider (Dan) was called in advance, was courteous and most pleasant, broughtvrelated needed parts in advance, showed care for not tracking dirt on shoes in my home, and seemed very knowledgeable about the issues at hand.

See comments above. My only concerns are that due to available access to gas, he needed to come over an hour later than anticipated, and I wasn't able to stay through service duration.
