OVerall, extremely satisfied with the skill and knowledge of my service person. Looks like he really fixed the problem and this is the SECOND time someone had to come out. I have a few comments about what happened, and I certainly think they are minor. I had a bunch of questions about the diagnosis, procedure, etc and he seemed to get annoyed that I was asking so many questions. We then got on a better footing.
Many people think I am too critical, but I thought I would mention that the spray thing he used to spray the cleaning solution onto the heat pumps dripped A LITTLE, not very much. I'm just pretty persnickety and would have preferred it if it didn't drip, but like I say, he was attentive to cleaning it all up, and I am persnickety. I appreciate Halco so much, and I appreciate this most recent Halco service person A LOT. Her really fixed what I thought was going to be a very difficult problem. But he diagnosed it and fixed it. (even though he didn't have the correct replacement part that the first diagnostician thought he needed -the drip pan for my particular heat pump.) Turns out he didn't need it, thank god. I am single, don't have anyone to be at home when service people come over. and I have one day a week that I am off. so scheduling is difficult. But you guys are great. thanks so much!!
