I called for service over a week ago and pointed out the problem. The tech performed an annual service but said he found nothing to back up my complaint. Two days later the motor crapped the bed.
The second tech that came out found the problem with the motor and recommended a motor replacement.
Motor was replaced at a premium service price, but was left so unbalanced it is shaking and vibrating so bad the bearings will be gone within a week.
The visit was a scheduled maintenance call.
