Our Overall Service

Aside from comments below, it took a very long time to get the work actually scheduled. Also estimates for the duration of the work were grossly under estimated by sales people. Not a real problem, I just would have liked to have been able to plan better (under estimates were not due to surprises since the work crew knew about how long it would take when they got there 2+ weeks vs. 3-5 days).

Matt was very patient and responded quickly to my never ending questions.

Many went out of their way to ask if there were additional things they could do, or volunteered.

The Cleanup Process

Overall good, however one area they did not clear computer and microscopes, generated a lot of saw dust (concerned it got into the scopes) and did not clean up. It was out of the way and likely was just an oversight, I just wished they had asked me to move things first, or covered things up. I haven't checked yet to see if dust has interfered with the equipment.

You were able to offer more things to add onto the project that I Wanted to accomplish, and had more options to solve our heating (and cooling) needs. Your pricing was competitive on the main aspects of the project.
