Lance G.

Lance has been with Halco since 2008. Starting as an Advanced Modeling Design Specialist, Lance now serves as a Home Energy Advisor for the company. He has years of experience in the home energy industry and his vast knowledge of financial eligibility and eligible improvements for NYSERDA programs proves to be an asset to our team.

As a home energy advisor, Lance spends his days with customers performing energy audits to access the energy efficiency in their homes and/or businesses. He then provides the customer with a detailed report of recommended improvements and serves as a direct contact in helping the customer make an informed decision.

Of his role at Halco Lance states, "I love when I get a call from a customer thanking Halco for making their home more comfortable and for saving them real money with the energy efficient improvements we performed."

In his spare time, Lance coaches local youth football, wrestling and baseball. He also enjoys riding his Harley on a relaxing day.

Lance is a BPI certified Building Analyst, and has extensive advanced modeling and sales training.
