Mike was great!! If I had a company I would try to steal him from you!! He was patient & put up with lots of questions I really think he's a benefit to your company
There's only one thing I can say about Andre... he's absolutely wonderful I have only met Andre & Mike but if you just go by these two gentlemen.. you have a wonderful staff ! Bravo to you

When I called the 1st impression I got from the young lady who answered the phone was that my call was important not only to me but to the company. She had a good speaking voice she sounded concerned with my problem she was very professional. I had worked in training operators for customer service for 26 years I would have to say.. you've got a keeper she represents you well . THANK YOU for helping me with a problem
