I am typing this because you do not get people like Alex the technician. I was there and was impressed with his professionalism. I felt that he new what he was doing and left you with confidence that things where good. It is the little things that service companies and their technicians do that sell a company, that through word of mouth makes people like me sit down and write this.

I take care of the house when the owner is
away. A problem happened in the basement that needed attention. I called the owner and he called Pipeworks. Alex came to the house and found the leak and fixed it in a timely manner.
