We recently had Pipe Works install a Halo water filtration system, dehumidifier for the basement, as well as an air purifier for the entire house. Rich was the head technician in charge of these installations. He fully explained to us what the installation would entail and took into consideration the homeowners requirements for storage. The work was performed in an efficient and very neat manner.

Rich was always professional and courteous in our interactions. He also demonstrates his knowledge of the field and pays attention to details. For example he identified an issue with a spray in our shower during our home inspection which our house inspector missed. We are very pleased with the work Pipe Works has performed for us over the past few years and technicians like Rich are the reason why we will continue to use Pipe Works.
