Job review from Terry in Chatham, NJ 07928 on 02/11/15

I called my reg plumber, who never responded. Called PipeWorks and w/I mins had a call back . Richard Whitehead called to give me a time frame, he arrived on time, assessed the situation. Determined we needed a new hot water heater. He spoke my landlord. He actually came back, completed the job with an apprentice. Richard was kind and patient. He patiently answered all of my husbands questions. Of which there were many! As far as cleanup, Richard carefully cleaned the carpet in my unit, but did not address the mess the rusty water left in the common area. I had to clean that up. Overall, a great experience. Will request Mr Whitehead again!
