First, Ken and Zach came and worked during the morning hours of July 26th to find the problem. They were patient but unfortunately the problem was "bigger than a breadbox." Michael Tapia came and discussed what needed to be done, which was considerable, and yet, he was considerate and again, helpful

I had occasion to see an "army", it seemed, of your men arriving, working hard from morning until late afternoon without stopping, concentrating on finishing the job, solving the problem with as little inconvenience to me as possible.

I was so impressed with Rich who was a leader in assessing problems and trying to get things done. He still managed to be polite and responsible. All of the men, from Tim, Nick, Jonny, Ken, Zach, to Mike and Rich are a tribute and credit to you. Without your sense of what you expect and serving as a model for your employees, your company wouldn't succeed.

I offered to provide, pizza, drinks for their thirst and even ice cream, and they refused because "they had a job to do", I've never had the pleasure of seeing that with others and I applaud their sense of responsibility, the respect they've shown me and my home and the pride they take in their work. My congratulations to all!
