very polite and helpful
Very knowledgeable, I was impressed that he had experience as an installer before becoming a sales person. I knew he had first hand knowledge of the work that was required.
The installers were excellent: very polite, professional, punctual, and clean. They explained their process on each day and cleaned up at the end.
What made you choose our company:
Tim Bock was very professional and explained the process, possible problems, and solutions very well during our first contact. I had faith that his assessment of our insulation needs was accurate because of his previous experience installing. He explained what issues we might face with the installation and was confident that the team of installers would be able to overcome any issues. He was right.
