Mario was very good at every step of the job---replacing a toilet from the 1930's with a modern one. There was a lot to learn. He showed me pictures of various models and explained how the new flushing system worked. This was just the beginning of an involved process which Mario performed perfectly while answering my many questions most clearly. All this was accomplished in a very short time---a gleaming new fixture. Amazing
