This was the first service performed on our new HVAC system, which was installed in August, 2024. When Keith from Alber went down into the crawl space, he discovered that the air filter panel was hanging off. There’s no way of knowing when that occurred, but it means that, for the time it was hanging off, air from our crawl system was circulated through the system directly into our living space. That is not a good thing, and we am not satisfied that a new system that cost us thousands of dollars had this such occur.
