Tyler you are the most loving & giving person I know. You have no idea how much you did for us today. Since we have gotten older, of course our memories sometimes take a vacation. It is very important that we have instructions written You made it so simple to use with the way you explained it. And, then you fixed my husband’s new cane, & saved us from having to return it. You are my new best friend & few people have made that achievement. It printed perfectly, symbols are actually big enough to read, & this is exactly what I wanted.
