Our Overall Service
Overall I am very satisfied. My house is much warmer and the damp, musty smell coming from my crawl space is completely gone immediately. I will recommend you in the future for sure. The only "issue" we had was with the scheduling process. We were called at 7:30 am on the Monday morning the project was to start and told the crew wasn't coming because the previous week's job ran late. That call should have been made Friday so we could have adjusted our schedules appropriately. Also, when our project ran late, we were told we had to wait for our project to be finished until after the crew finished the next project for which they were scheduled. I expressed my concern with that and asked for a phone call to discuss this, which I did not receive. I think this should have been handled and communicated better so as to not make it seem like our project and money was not important.
Call Representative
Any time I called into the office the call representatives were both helpful and friendly.
Sales Process
Mike Fischer was very thorough and helpful in identifying the numerous issues with the climate conditions in our house. He took care and time to explain everything fully and made sure we understood the proposed work completely.
Our Installation Crew
Jon and Tyler (and Brian for a day) did a truly professional job handling a large and difficult project. They took care of things that were unplanned and dealt with some challenging situations and places to get into. They kept us informed of status throughout and asked us for input when needed. They showed us and our home the utmost respect. I wish every contractor I've hired was as good as they are.
The Cleanup Process
The work area was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day, not just at the end of the work. Truly appreciated.
