Ron joined us in June 2017 as a part-time intern with a strong desire to learn more about our industry. Starting out on the production line, he steadily transitioned into a sales role. As his expertise and determination grew, he pursued and attained BPI certification. Now, with four years of valuable sales experience, he seamlessly assumes the mantle of our general manager. In this expanded capacity, he actively engages in in-field evaluations and spearheads projects that deliver concrete outcomes.
