Sales Process
Well we were lied to a couple different times about when our project would start and it was one of the big factors for picking DBS. It really put a bad taste in our mouth and we worried that the rest of the project would end up like the sales experience. Thankfully that wasn't the case. I would just make sure your sales team can give realistic time frames and not over promise. It might get you the sale, but it really hurt the over experience.
Our Installation Crew
Jason and his crew were very respectful, down to earth. We are all human and can make little mistakes and we appreciated that they were taken care of without a big deal. Most of the work was done right without issue and we were very impressed.

Basement Finishing
What made you choose our company:
Knowledge of basements. Its your specialty. Other companies were recommending things that didn't seem to make sense for a basement even though it might look better. Sales also promised the project would start in our desired timeframe so we could have the basement done in time for winter. We started 5 months past that date.
