We liked that the sales representative was very knowledgeable and took a very thorough approach to diagnosing the issues. We also like that the company is owned by a woman. We felt that was very unique. We also liked that the sales representative was not pushy in any way. He even came out a second time to make sure both myself and my fiancé understood everything.
