Hi, you can see my house from google earth easily, to help you visualize. I have a large flat roof covered with a thick flexible plastic, near the end of it's 15 warranty. The roof drains are all higher than the roof, so they don't work. I want to improve drainage, strengthen the roof, dramatically improve my insulation and somewhere in the process install just the supports for future panels (on an area approx. 20 x 40--so just part of the roof). I also need need my crawlspace walls covered with spray foam--an if possible some way of doing my pitched roof. Wow--lots of projects, have to get an estimate to see what we can do now. Thanks.
