Comment: I am unsure that my back wall is properly insulated because my water pipe keeps freezing. My sink is located against the wall and continues to freeze. I have a strong draft coming from this side of the wall which is felt under my cabinets. Also I think I could benefit from a proper insulation both on the upper joists and ceiling to the house.

Comment: We recently had a rodent issue in our attic. We have removed the R-19 insulation above our garage and are looking to put new insulation in. Rolled, blown in, and spray foam are all options but we'd like to hear someone's recommendation. If one is better than another for insulation and rodent control we'd like to hear about it. We are looking to put R-49 back in, but would listen to recommendations for something else.
